What Is The Bet365 Tournament Predictor?
Bet365 Tournament Predictor is a promotion which bet365 is offering to all eligible customers that hold an account with them.

How Do I Make My Tournament Predictor Entry?
There are essentially two parts to making your entry into the Tournament Predictor promotion, but before you start you will need to log in to your bet365 account and then head over to the Tournament Predictor page on the website.

- Stage One – The Group Phase Predictions
For the first part of the tournament, the Group Stages, you are required to predict the finishing positions in the eight groups.
There are four teams in each group and they play each other once in the group stage of the tournament for a total of three games.
After this, the top two teams in each group move forward to the Knockout Stage of the tournament, while the teams finishing 3rd and 4th are eliminated from the World Cup.
To make your finishing position predictions, you simply click and drag the team in each group into the position you will think they will finish. You then repeat this process for all eight groups.
Once you have completed this, then click on the button to move onto the second stage of the prediction game.
- Stage Two – The Knockout Phase Predictions
The draw for the knockout phase of the World Cup is already predetermined, as we know that the top team in Group A will take on the second placed team in Group B in the Round of 16 and so on.
So when you have made your predictions for the Group Stages, your predictions for the teams that will make it into the Knockout Phase will be placed against their predicted opponent.
Now you need to select which team will win each of the Knockout Phase games. By that we mean progress onto the next phase of the tournament either by winning in regulation time, extra time or via a penalty shootout.
You must do this for the eight Round of 16 games, the four quarter final games, the two semi-final games and the final itself.
Once you have done this, your entry is completed, and you simply need to click the button to make your entry into the promotion official.

How Are The Points Awarded For This Promotion?
As we mentioned previously, your position on the leaderboard is decided by how many points you earn by making correct predictions at each stage of the tournament.
However, the number of points earned per correct prediction changes as the tournament progresses, so we will outline how you earn your points during each stage of the promotion.
Group Stage Points
In the group stage you will receive 10 Points for every correct prediction where your prediction matches the finishing position a team achieves in their group.
However, if you correctly predict all four teams finishing positions within their group, then you will receive an additional 10 Points bonus.
That means that there are a potential 50 points to be won in each group (400 in total)
Knockout Stage Points
There are essentially four stages to the Knockout Stage: Round of 16, Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final.
A total of 160 points are available on each of the four stages and the points are allocated as follows:
- Predict a Round of 16 winner – 20 points (8 games)
- Predict a Quarter Final winner – 40 points (4 games)
- Predict a Semi Final winner – 80 points (2 games)
- Predict the Final winner – 160 points (1 game)
This means an additional 640 points can be won in the Knockout stages of the World Cup, which when added to the 400 available in the Group Stage, means the maximum number of points you need to win that £1m jackpot bonus is 1,040.
