Bournemouth's late defending in San Sebastián and Milan's recovery in Rome make the second-half decisions particularly interesting. If Bournemouth lead, retaining an outlet who can hold the ball or carry it away from pressure could matter as much as adding another defender. That is a tactical question for the match, not a claim that either manager has already chosen his substitutions.
