Prize Matcher is a free daily game at bet365. You reveal three tiles a day, collect matching symbols across the week, and win Cash, Bonus Spins or Golden Chips. There is no deposit and no stake — you are playing with bet365's money from the start.
One thing to be clear about: in the UK the top prize is cash, not a free bet. bet365 aligned the rewards with updated UK regulatory requirements, so guides describing Prize Matcher as paying Bonus Bets are describing a different version of the game.
Because the grid resets weekly, progress does not bank. If you are one symbol short on Monday afternoon, you lose it at 17:00. That is the single most useful thing to know about the game.

Cash prizes are the real draw. They are awarded at random between £2 and £100, added to your withdrawable balance, and carry no wagering requirement — you can take the money out immediately if you want to. That is unusually clean for a free-to-play promotion.

Bonus Spins and Golden Chips must be accepted within 7 days. Once accepted, you have a further 7 days to use them, and anything unused is removed. Cash prizes must also be accepted within 7 days.
So the worst case is a fortnight from win to expiry, and the clock only starts moving once you accept. Accepting early and using late is the wrong way round.
