Prize Matcher is a free daily game at bet365. You reveal three tiles a day, collect matching symbols across the week, and win Cash, Bonus Spins or Golden Chips. Participation is subject to eligibility; check whether Prize Matcher appears in your account’s Offers section.
How Prize Matcher works
- You get three reveals a day, available from 17:00 local time.
- Unused reveals do not carry over to the next day. Miss a day and those three are gone.
- The grid runs in weekly periods, from 17:00 on Monday to 16:59 the following Monday, then resets.
- Collect enough matching symbols in a week to win the stated prize, or uncover a special tile for an instant Bonus Spins prize.
- Nothing is guaranteed in any given week.
Because the grid resets weekly, progress does not bank. If you are one symbol short on Monday afternoon, you lose it at 17:00. That is the single most useful thing to know about the game.

Cash prizes are the real draw. They are awarded at random between £2 and £100, added to your withdrawable balance, and carry no wagering requirement — you can take the money out immediately if you want to. That is unusually clean for a free-to-play promotion.
How Golden Chips work
Golden Chips are worth £1 each and behave like a free bet rather than cash. Win with one and you keep the winnings, but not the value of the chip itself — the same principle as Bet Credits, which we cover in our bet365 bonus bets and Bet Credits guide.
Two rules catch people out. Each chip must be played as one unit and cannot be broken into smaller stakes. And you can use a maximum of 20 Golden Chips per game round.
There is no wagering requirement on Golden Chip winnings, so anything you win is yours to withdraw.
How to claim your prizes
Prizes are credited automatically. If one does not appear, allow up to 72 hours from the end of that weekly period before chasing it.
Claiming differs by prize type, which is where people get stuck:
- Cash and Bonus Spins — log in to your Casino account and click Accept on the pop-up.
- Golden Chips — open any Playtech game and click Accept on the pop-up message there. They will not appear anywhere else.
That Golden Chips step is easy to miss. If you have won chips and cannot find them, you have almost certainly not opened a Playtech game yet.
The seven-day rule, twice over
Bonus Spins and Golden Chips must be accepted within 7 days. Once accepted, you have a further 7 days to use them, and anything unused is removed. Cash prizes must also be accepted within 7 days.
There are two deadlines: accept your prize within seven days, then use accepted Bonus Spins or Golden Chips within the following seven days. The acceptance deadline applies before you accept, so check both dates in your account. Cash prizes must also be accepted within seven days.

One exclusion worth knowing: customers who are not eligible for Gaming promotions cannot claim Bonus Spins or Golden Chips from this promotion. Cash prizes are not affected by that restriction.
