Bet365’s entities can be checked in the Gambling Commission register. Sky’s licensing page names SBG Sports Limited for sports betting and virtual racing, and Bonne Terre Gaming Limited for bingo, casino and poker. It gives GB licence numbers 67370 and 065519 respectively.

That distinction matters when reading terms or making a complaint: use the rules and contact route for the product concerned. This guide focuses on Great Britain; arrangements for other locations can differ.

Bet Builder, BuildABet and RequestABet

Bet365 documents its Bet Builder tools in the UK help centre. Sky’s RequestABet guidance describes both creating combinations and browsing bets that have already been priced.

These features are relevant if you want to combine several outcomes from a match, but the comparison still depends on the available selections and settlement rules. Check the match period, player participation rules and treatment of void legs. Do not assume identical feature names or similar-looking bets have identical conditions.

The odds on a combination can reflect the relationship between its outcomes. For example, a team win and that team scoring several goals are related. Compare the actual combined price displayed by each bookmaker; do not simply multiply individual prices and treat the result as an expected quote.

Sky Poker and bet365 poker

Poker should be compared using the game format, stakes, tournament fees, rake and reward rules. Sky’s current poker rewards page advertises tier-based rakeback of 20–40%. That replaces the old article’s 10–20% description, but it is not a guaranteed return for every player: the tier and qualification conditions matter.
