So for that reason, there will be a big break from 14 November, with the next Premier League matches taking place on 26 December.

Yes, one of the biggest changes is to the subsitution rule. Up to now, three substitutions are allowed per team.
But from the 2022/23 season onwards, this changes to up to five substitutions. This is the same as the substitutions set up across Europe, in places like France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy and Germany.
