Some poker events may be put on hold because of resurgent COVID-19 cases, but one popular high stakes event is coming back with its first events in two years.
The Triton Poker Super High Roller Series will return in February 2022 to Bali, Indonesia with its now-legendary high stakes poker tournaments – not to mention the huge cash games that have also become a staple of the series.
In conjunction with the announcement, Triton Poker released a teaser trailer to get players and poker fans hyped about the upcoming event.
In addition to featuring some of the world's biggest poker tournaments, the event also puts a light on charity. Dubbed “Triton Poker Bali 2022 – A Helping Hand for Charity,” the mission of the organization is to not only grow the poker community but have a “significant impact worldwide” with philanthropical efforts. Triton Poker has partnered with charities such as One Drop, Caritas Macau and Raising for Effective Gambling.
Triton Poker Super High Roller Series 2022 details
Triton Poker Bali 2022 will be held from February 17th until March 1st. The popular high stakes poker event attracts many of the games highest rollers and biggest players. One of the biggest ever non-WSOP tournaments were held during the 2019 Triton Poker Super High Roller Series, which Bryn Kenney famously finished second in, but still managed to score the largest prize ($20,563,324), believed to be the biggest payout of all time.
Players expected to attend include… Although a full list of players have not been announced, players such as Tony G, Paul Phua, Dan “Jungleman” Cates, Tom Dwan, Justin Bonomo and Jason Koon have attended recent events.
