There's also an anti-arbitrage rule worth knowing if you bet more than one selection in the same market. bet365 doesn't allow backing both sides to manufacture a release, so where you've staked more than once on the same market and fixture, only the largest cumulative stake on a single selection counts. Bet £5 on Man Utd and £8 on Chelsea in the same Full Time Result market and only the £8 counts. Add another £4 to Man Utd and the cumulative £9 counts instead. The same applies to repeated markets within a fixture, like Next Game in tennis.

What you can withdraw is the winnings, which land in your Withdrawable Balance. The credit stake itself isn't included in the return:

If more credits are added while you're inside a seven-day window, the entire Bet Credits balance expires seven days after that latest addition, not on separate timers. If your balance fell and you haven't placed a bet, expired Bet Credits are the likely answer.
