We have a winner in the $1,000 Ladies Championship while Dalibor Dula takes home the $1,000 Freezeout No Limit Hold’em.
We take a look at these victories and all the ongoing action during the 2021 WSOP on Thursday and Friday.
After four days of action, Lara Eisenberg is the winner of the $1,000 LADIES No-Limit Hold’em Championship. Eisenberg, who had earned 15 WSOP cashes prior to her win, takes home her first WSOP bracelet as well as the first-place prize of $115,694.
In her path to victory, Eisenberg outlasted a field of 644 including Debora Brooke heads-up ($71,507), followed by Mikiyo Aoki ($50,525), Diana Cooley $36,269) and JJ Liu ($26,458).
In post-match comments, Eisenberg noted that the tournament was “amazing.” “It’s an absolute dream come true. I came into this event hoping that maybe sometime I would make a final table, and to walk away winning it is an indescribable feeling.”

Below you can watch the conclusion of the event, which was streamed on PokerGo:
Dalibor Dula took down his first bracelet on Thursday night when he won Event #26, the $1,000 Freezeout No Limit Hold’em for $199,227. Dula outlasted 1358 players over the two-day event including Cole Ferraro heads-up. Maurice Hawkins, a 14-time WSOP Circuit Ring winner, finished in 9th place to win $17,270.
Dula, a player from the Czech Republic, only had around $30k in recorded cashes to his name prior to the victory. After the victory, Dula noted that he got lucky throughout the final table. “I was just so focused. I did not really think about the flips. Once you are all in, it is out of your hands, you can’t do anything to win that all in or lose it.”
The $5,000 6-handed No Limit Hold’em is down to just 6 players with Eric Tsai holding the chip lead as the remaining players vie for the bracelet and $562,667 first place prize. Of course, they will be playing for more as all with all but 6th place guaranteed six-figure prizes (6th will “only” be awarded $81,736). Joining Tsai at the final table will be Scott Ball, Jonathan Jaffe, Bin Weng, Galen Hall and John Racener.
Cards will be dealt for Day 4 beginning at 4 PM PT.
For the second time in a week, Anthony Zinno is threatening for a bracelet. After winning the $10k Stud Championship, Zinno now has a commanding position in the $1,500 HORSE with 18 players remaining after Day 2. When action picks up at 2 PM PT, he will be joined by a competitive field that includes former bracelet winners Randy Ohel, Max Pescatori, Joe McKeehen and Ari Engle.
Just 59 of the 1,069 entries that joined Event #28, the $1,500 Pot Limit Omaha 8-Handed on Thursday survived the day. Ryan Gibson leads in the chip count and is joined by notables such as Georgios Sotiropoulos and Joseph Cheong.
The $10,000 Short Deck (Event #29) attracted 60 entries on Thursday, 19 of which survived the day’s play. Ye Shen holds the chip lead with Dan Shak, Chance Kornuth and Jason Koon among the notables who remain. Action will pick up at 2 PM PT for Day 2.
Friday will see the start of the first flight of the $1,500 MONSTER Stack No Limit Hold’em, a freezeout that starts players with 50,000 in chips. The MONSTER Stack gets underway at 10 AM PT for the first of two flights. Later on the day, the $1,500 No Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw will get underway at 3 PM PT
In today’s streaming coverage, PokerGo will broadcast the final table of the $5,000 No Limit Hold’em Championship getting started at 8 PM ET. Poker fans can tune in after purchasing a PokerGo subscription for either $14.99 per month or $99 per year.
