Using Bet365 Sports in a browser

You can use Bet365 Sports through a supported desktop or mobile browser without installing the Sports app. This guide covers finding events, checking a bet slip, locating a placed bet and managing account problems on the website. It does not assume that every app feature is also available in a browser.

Check your browser first

Bet365's UK system requirements list supported browsers and operating systems separately. The desktop list includes Chrome, Firefox and Edge for Windows, and Safari, Chrome and Firefox for Mac. Check the current requirements for your device; an old browser may not be supported.

Use the official website and check the full address before entering login details. A familiar logo or a padlock alone does not prove that a website is genuine.

Find an event and check the slip

Select a sport, then the relevant competition or market. Choosing a price adds a selection to the bet slip. Before confirming, check the event, market, stake and potential return, including whether the slip contains a single or a multiple.

The price or line can change between selection and confirmation. Review any change before accepting it. Bet365 also has a preference for automatically accepting odds and line changes; check whether that setting is enabled rather than assuming every change needs your approval.

Selecting Place Bet completes the request. Successful placement produces a receipt showing the selection, stake and potential return. If the browser freezes or you are unsure whether a request succeeded, check your betting history before submitting it again.

Find a placed bet or its reference

My Bets shows your selections. For the history, open the account icon, select History, choose Settled Bets or Unsettled Bets and set the date range. Open the bet's details to find its reference. Keep that reference when asking Bet365 about a particular bet.

These steps come from Bet365's UK placement guide. If the slip itself is missing, use our bet-slip troubleshooting guide.

Bet Builder and Cash Out

Bet Builder combines compatible markets from one fixture; Bet Builder+ provides combinations involving selected events. Availability depends on the markets shown, not simply on using a browser. Bet365's UK Bet Builder help explains the selection limits and voiding distinctions.

Cash Out is not guaranteed. A request can fail if prices change or a market is suspended, and the amount may be less than your original stake. Once successfully cashed out, the bet cannot be reinstated. Check the UK Cash Out conditions before relying on the option.

Verification and withdrawals

For verification, open the account menu, then My Account and Verification. Submit documents through the official account area. Bet365 may request additional documents and explains those requests through a pop-up and an email to the registered address.

The UK verification guide explains where to check progress. Verification is not a promise of an immediate withdrawal. Our UK withdrawal guide covers payment-method conditions and withdrawal problems.

Login problems and account limits

Use the username or password recovery options on the login screen if your details are not recognised. Bet365's UK login help says three consecutive failed attempts lock the account. Contact its support if recovery fails or you cannot access the registered email address or phone number.

Deposit Limits are under Account Menu, Gambling Controls and Deposit Limits. The UK limits guide explains daily, weekly and monthly limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period and confirmation.
