The weekend is on the horizon and that means we have another set of fixtures to enjoy in the Premier League.

There are nine games taking place this weekend, with one on Monday Night, the Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton and we are going to bring you a special article on that big game next week, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

However, with nine games available, you can still enjoy a great selection of Premier League betting with bet365 Sport, which includes extensive pre-match betting options, as well as a wide choice of In Play betting options too.

After losing games last week, it is imperative that the top two, Arsenal and Manchester City bounce back from those defeats, while many teams will be searching for three points in the hope to improve their position in the league.

In this preview, we are going to focus on the nine games taking place across Saturday and Sunday and give you our preview and tips for each game.

So let’s get started on that with a look at the first game on Saturday lunchtime, which does look like being a cracker.

Premier League Fixtures – Matchday 23 – 11th & 12th February

Saturday 11th February

(Kick off is 3pm unless otherwise stated)

  • West Ham United v Chelsea (12.30pm)

There’s a cracking London derby to kick off the Premier League action this weekend, with West Ham hosting Chelsea in a game that both teams will know they cannot afford to lose. West Ham are still very much in the relegation battle, while Chelsea badly need to start picking up points on the road to improve on their mid-table showing. Games between these two teams have generated a fair few goals over the last few years and I think as such a bet on a goalscorer scoring anytime in the game is a very good option here.

Tip – Jarrod Bowen (West Ham) to score anytime – 7/2 with bet365.

  • Arsenal v Brentford

Last week’s defeat at Everton will have shocked the Gunners a little given that it was only their second defeat of the season, but it came against a team then ranked at the foot of the table. Next up for Arsenal is a tricky London derby with Brentford at the Emirates, with Thomas Frank’s team in good form, although that has tended to be more the case at home than on the road. Arsenal will know they need to bounce back here with a win and in truth, I expect them to do that and I do like the odds on their in form goalscorer scoring at any time here.

Tip – Eddie Nketiah (Arsenal) to score anytime – 8/5 with bet365.

  • Crystal Palace v Brighton & Hove Albion

One of the more unusual rivalries in the Premier League, but no less intense, the Eagles and Seagulls lock horns at Selhurst Park on Saturday with the visitors very much in the ascendancy enjoying their best ever season in the top flight. Palace are hovering around mid-table, picking up enough wins here and there to remain safe, but not really improving beyond that. They do though have a better record against Brighton in recent years than the Seagulls, but I think that this one will be a low scoring affair with one goal maybe settling it.

Tip – Brighton to win – Even Money with bet365.

  • Fulham v Nottingham Forest

Two of the newly promoted sides that have been doing surprisingly well in the EPL. Fulham are in the top half and look very well set, while Forest’s improved form of late, especially at home, has seen them move away from the relegation zone and into the safety of mid-table. This will be a close one but I think with Fulham having to play an FA Cup replay in midweek, Forest may just have fresher legs and I think that could be decisive here and mean that the visitors can get something out of this game.

Tip – Draw – 5/2 with bet365.

  • Leicester City v Tottenham Hotspurs

This fixture has produced plenty of goals over the years and in most games, both teams find the net, sometimes more than once. I also think we will see goals in this game too given that both teams attack are considerably stronger than their defence. With Hugo Lloris out due to injury, Spurs are also down their first choice goalkeeper which Leicester will feel offers them a real opportunity. The Foxes look much more dangerous now James Maddison is back from injury and I think they’ll do enough to get a point from this one.

Tip – Draw – 13/5 with bet365.

  • Southampton v Wolverhampton Wanderers

Both these teams badly need a result to move away from the drop zone in the Premier League, although Southampton’s need is greater than Wolves at the present moment. The Saints have the worst home record in the Premier League and they are set to face a Wolves team that has found some form, especially after their 3-0 win over Liverpool last weekend. Since Lopetegui took over, Wolves have carved out some good results and I have a feeling they will do likewise here.

Tip – Wolves to win to nil – 3/1 with bet365

  • AFC Bournemouth v Newcastle United (5.30pm)

Newcastle have not lost too many games of late, but Eddie Howe will know that they have been dropping too many points via draws. A league leading 10 draws this season is what has been the main concern about finishing in a top four place and a trip to Bournemouth, who are now deep in the relegation zone, is a great chance to get back to winning ways. The Cherries form of late has been very poor and so I think it will be the visitors that pick up the win.

Tip – Correct Score – Bournemouth 0-2 Newcastle United – 13/2 with bet365

Sunday 12th February

  • Leeds United v Manchester United (2pm)

These two teams only just played this past Wednesday night with Leeds earning a 2-2 draw at Old Trafford, hanging on to secure a point after taking a 2-0 lead, only for United to come back at them late in the second half. Still without a manager, Leeds will now feel that they have a chance to get something at home against the Red Devils, who were not at their best in the first half on Wednesday. That said, Manchester United know they can’t really afford to drop more points here and as such, I think they will go for the jugular here, especially with Leeds under real pressure at the foot of the table.

Tip – Take Manchester United to win and both teams to score at 12/5 with bet365.

  • Manchester City v Aston Villa (4.30pm)

After their loss to Tottenham on Sunday, Manchester City spurned a great chance to cut the gap to Arsenal to two points and they now face an Aston Villa side that were somewhat surprisingly beaten by Leicester City at Villa Park last weekend. The Villains shipped four goals in that game and defensively, I think they could be in trouble here against a City side that rarely loses two games consecutively in the Premier League. City have been giving team’s chances to score, but even if Villa manage that here, I’d still expect City to land the win.

Tip – Riyad Mahrez (Man City) to score at any time is 15/8 with bet365.
